    Course Structure

    Online Videos :
    The entire curriculum both Theory and Practical taught by our very own tutors (pre-recorded).

    8 Face to Face Days :
    8 days for Face to Face practicals over weekends from 9am-4pm (50+ hours)

    Practice hours :
    100 self practice hours, Observation hours and practice teaching hours. These can be done online or in person but in your own time

    Entry Requirements

      • Some experience of having attended Pilates classes is necessary
      • The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential; therefore, a certain amount of physical fitness is necessary.
      • There is also an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication.

    When: Anatomy & Physiology : Pre recorded online course, Pilates Mat Course: 4,5,6,7,8,11,12,13 March from 9am-4pm (Weekdays – Open for enrollments)/4,5,11,12 May and 1,2,8,9 June 2024from 9am-4pm (Weekends – Open for Enrollments)/ 21,22,28,29 September and October 12,13,19,20
