Focusing on maintaining a balance of our Pilates checklist and moving intuitively, we will start with simple mat work exercises then begin to add layers finding ways to play within the movement to create full sequences building up to a peak flow. The more awareness we have, the more creative you can be in challenging the mind and body with tempo and sequencing all while getting to know ourselves and our habits a little better in the process.

We will focus on:

– Effectively using variations for maximum impact.

– Building up to a ‘peak flow’

– Progressing movements through sequencing and choreography that flows.
