    • Spinning Energy Zones™ and heart rate training
    • Visualization techniques to enhance the mind/body connection
    • Practical Assessment & online theoretical assessment
    • Music sourcing software and mixing

      • Mad Dogg Athletics International Qualification REPs CPDs 16 points

      What you need: :

    • Riding gear, riding shoes with SPD cleats or stiff soled trainers
    • A heart rate monitor and heart rate belt - mandatory - (polar or my zone belt and app are fine, apple watch with the work out option is acceptable)
    • Notebook and pens
      • Manuals will be accessible once you sign up and Spinning.com creates your online account Your online account will also have your online exam once your course is complete.
