    Course Information (Delivered in English)

      Our Reformer Teacher Training is designed to teach you how to apply the Pilates and NeuroPilates principles when using the Pilates equipment and how to use the extremely versatile Reformer to enhance proprioception, balance, mobility and strength.

      What we will cover:

    • Anatomy of the Reformer
    • Pilates and NeuroPilates movement principles and foundations
    • Reformer class structure
    • Beginner/Intermiediate Repertoire
    • Practical applications
    • PRE-REQUISITES

      • Must be in the fitness industry already . Anatomy & Physiology and Pilates Mat certification are pre requisites

    Duration: 10 days ( 56 hours)

    Weekends Reformer course: 6,7,13,14,20,21 September and continues on 4,5,11,12 October from 12.30-5.30pm / Next Intake : 18,19,25,26 October and continues on 1,2,8,9,15,16 November

    Midweek Reformer course: 15,16,17,18,19 September and continues on 22,23,24,25,26 September from 12.30-5.30pm / Next Intake : November 25 to 29 and continues on December 2 to 6 from 12-5pm (Includes National holidays)
