      COURSE OVERVIEW.

      Our 2-day live calisthenics certification course combined with short course of calisthenics theory online studies are designed to provide existing sports professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in calisthenics training. whether you are a personal trainer,coach, or physical instructor, this course will equip you with the expertise to incorporatebodyweight exercises and functional movements into your training programs effectively. with a focus on safety, form, and progression, this certification will enhance your ability to optimize performance and results for your clients or athletes.

      HOW IT WORKS?

    • STEP 1: The participant enrolls for the 2-day live certification course and makes the payment.
    • STEP 2: The participant receives access to wswcf academy online study platform with marked obligate calisthenics theory lessons. Based on these obligate calisthenics theory lessons, participant will be required to pass the exam on the same platform.Participant can study these lessons either before or after the 2-day live certification course.
    • STEP 3: The participant attends the 2-day live certification course.
    • STEP 4: After completing the 2-day live certification course, the participant must pass the obligate theory quiz exam on wswcf academy online platform. This exam consists of 60 questions that are based on the obligate theory study materials and the content covered during the 2-day practical course. The exam can be taken online at any time following the 2-day live course. If the participant fails the exam, they have the opportunity to retake it once a week in order to review any mistakes made.
    • STEP 5: Upon successfully passing the exam, the participant is awarded a digitally verifiable wswcf academy certificate as a calisthenics and street workout trainer.this certificate with participant's picture and contact information will be published in the wswcf and wswcf academy certified trainer online database. This database allows anyone to validate the certificate and easily access the participant's contact details. Additionally, the participant continues to have an unlimited access to the wswcf academy online study platform, which includes over 1000+ pages of educational materials in ebook format and 150+ educational videos covering various calisthenics-related topics
    • COURSE PLAN.

      DAY 1 : FOUNDATIONS OF CALISTHENICS* (DAY PLAN AND STRUCTURE IS APPROXIMATE).

      Morning Session

    • Introduction to calisthenics: understanding the principles, history, and benefits of calisthenics as a form of bodyweight training. (theoretical part)
    • Fundamental exercises: mastering essential calisthenics movements, including pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats, lunges, and other calisthenics exercises with proper form and technique.
    • Introduction to calisthenics sports competition types. (theoretical part)
    • Exercises for different muscle groups or how to imitate different fitness exercises with calisthenics exercises and make them more complex.
    • Afternoon Session

    • Injury prevention: identifying common injury risks and strategies for injury
    • Prevention in calisthenics training.
    • Mobility and flexibility: understanding the importance of mobility training and incorporating flexibility exercises into calisthenics routines.
    • Skill progressions: exploring progressions for advanced calisthenics skills, such as muscle-ups, and handstands.
    • DAY 2 : ADVANCED CALISTHENICS TECHNIQUES* (DAY PLAN AND STRUCTURE IS APPROXIMATE).

      Morning Session

    • Training tools used in calisthenics (parallettes, resistance bands, weight vests,wrist wraps...) (theoretical part)
    • Challenging calisthenics movements, including elbow front and back lever, dragon flag, and human flag progressions.
    • Afternoon Session

    • Partner and group exercises: incorporating partner and group-based calisthenics exercises for dynamic and engaging workouts. Dynamic freestyle fundamentals.
    • Introduction to calisthenics dynamic skills like 180o and 360o
    • REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE COURSE

    • Minimum age of 18 years
    • Good physical health
    • Basic sports education: applicants should have a foundation in sports education or a related field. This can include personal trainers with existing certificates (fitness, bodybuilding, functional training, yoga, exercise specialists), crossfit trainers with level 1 and level 2 certificates, team and individual sports coaches/trainers with sports education, athletic trainers with sports education, sports teachers in schools and universities, and physical instructors in military,police, and firemen structures

Wswcf has 126 member organizations in 73 countries, and together with the member organizations we organize the annual street workout and calisthenics world cup with more than 20 stages all over the world and world championship with national championship selections in every member organization country under a unified system and rules.
