    Course Structure

    We have filmed the whole Diploma (theory and practical) for you to be able to watch, study and learn in the comfort of your own homes.

    Online Videos :
    The entire curriculum both Theory and Practical taught by our very own tutors (pre-recorded)

    8 Face to Face Days :
    8 days for Face to Face practicals over weekends from 9am-4pm (50+ hours)

    Practice hours :
    100 self practice hours, Observation hours and practice teaching hours. These can be done online or in person but in your own time

    Entry Requirements

      • Some experience of having attended Pilates classes is necessary
      • The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential; therefore, a certain amount of physical fitness is necessary.
      • There is also an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication.
