his qualification is designed to provide you the skills knowledge to be a rock-star group cycling instructor! You will be provided with an understanding of the key concepts of studio cycling and how music and technology can be used in studio cycling sessions, and how to put everything together to create and deliver an effective, safe and fun group cycling session. There is some pre-course studying that you will need to go over prior to coming to the course and it is recommended that you have least attended some group cycling sessions and are familiar with some of the styles of this popular workout.
