Tori is one of our Pilates matwork tutors. She is a qualified Pilates mat, reformer and chair instructor. Tori has always been very into exercise and keeping fit but it was since burning out in an office job and overdoing cardio workouts that saw her turn her attention to Pilates. After just a few classes she fell in love – feeling stronger and moving more mindfully than ever before. This had a positive impact on all aspect of her life and led to her wanting to become an accredited instructor. She flew through the matwork training, going on to become reformer and chair accredited in the same year. Now, Tori juggles an office job alongside teaching Pilates (reformer and mat) at MyCore Studio in Dubai Science Park, while also tutoring on our Bodyhack matwork trainings. Outside of work, Tori likes to keep fit doing Pilates, yoga and weight sessions. Originally from the UK, she has lived in Dubai for the past 7 years where. She lives in the Marina with her husband and 2 cats – Chardonnay and Shiraz
