This 90-minute Neuropilates workshop is designed to support healthy ageing by strengthening the brain–body connection through purposeful, neurologically informed movement. As we age, cognitive functions such as memory, focus, concentration, and attention span naturally begin to shift. Neuropilates offers an evidence-aligned approach to keeping these systems active, adaptable, and resilient.

In this session, we explore how targeted movement patterns stimulate neural pathways responsible for working memory, executive function, and sustained attention. By combining coordinated movement, mindful sequencing, breath work, and sensory-rich exercises, participants learn how to activate the brain regions that support clarity, responsiveness, and cognitive longevity.

We’ll dive into practical Neuropilates techniques that enhance balance, gait, spatial awareness, and motor learning—skills critical for ageing confidently and reducing fall risk.
