Hands-On Practice & Support

Matwork (Levels 1–3) – 8 practical days
Reformer (Levels 1–2) – 10 practical days
Reformer Level 3 – 2 practical days
Cadillac – 5 practical days
Chair – 3 practical days
Barrel – 2 practical days
Spine Corrector – 1 practical day

In addition to guided instruction, our program includes mandatory practical hours to ensure you’re fully prepared to teach:

You’ll log these hours over time, with support from our faculty and access to studio resources.

We also offer free monthly cueing practice sessions on the last Thursday of each month, where trainees can refine their verbal cues, receive real-time feedback, and build confidence in a supportive community.
