    Course Structure

    This Diploma is divided in to 3 sections:

    Anatomy and Physiology (Pre-recorded course that you can start at any time).

    **Face to face course offered 3 times a year.

    8 Face to Face Days :
    Pilates face to face learning days (typically run over weekends from 9am-4pm). Here we cover the principles and history of Pilates, all the classical original 34 moves as well as their adaptations over time, how to teach and structure group classes, as well as how to programme for one on one clients based on Posture, Gait and Movement assessments and client history and goals.

    Practice hours :
    100 self practice hours, 40 hours of observation and 40 hours of practice teaching. You will do this in your own time but we will assist you by giving you access to a video platform which has over 3000 classes to choose from.

    Entry Requirements

      • Some experience of having attended Pilates classes is necessary
      • The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential; therefore, a certain amount of physical fitness is necessary.
      • There is also an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication.

      Self-paced learning through dynamic interactive lecture videos that are pre recorded with group support for questions if needed.

      This course is offered 3 times a year also in person in Dubai for those who struggle with pre-recorded learning.

    Pilates Matwork

    (Delivered in English / Arabic)

      In person classes with our qualified Tutors who all have a separate Teaching certification as well as extensive experience and certifications in Pilates itself.

      You will receive:

    • 56 hours of in person learning
    • Hard copy Pilates manual
    • Lifetime access to our learning platform which has all the moves you were learn as well as sample classes and bonus lectures
    • 6 month Access to a separate platform with Video classes where you can complete your self practice hours
    • Access to our space in Barsha Heights to practice teach
    • Option to re-attend courses for free for life

    Duration: Self-paced but most people take 3-6 months to complete

    Pilates Matwork Weekend Dates: 3,4,10,11,17,18,31 May and 1st of June from 10am -4pm (8 Practical days in total) OPEN FOR ENROLLMENTS

    Pilates Matwork Midweek Dates: March 17,18,19,20 and continues on 24,25,26,27 March from 10am-4pm (SOLD OUT)

    Price: Full Diploma cost is 8,796 aed which includes the Anatomy and Physiology pre requisite course and can be paid in 4 installments (choose the option at checkout)
