Introduction

Our Reformer Teacher Training is designed to teach you how to apply the Pilates and NeuroPilates principles when using the Pilates equipment and how to use the extremely versatile Reformer to enhance proprioception, balance, mobility and strength.

Assessments
    • Video Submission : Demonstrate your Technique with the Classical Intermediate Flow

     

    • 45 Minute Freestyle Taught Class :  Prepare a Lesson Plan Approved by the Tutor in Advance that you will teach

Course Structure:

    PRE-REQUISITES

    Must be in the fitness industry already . Anatomy & Physiology and Pilates Mat certification are pre requisites

    • 8-10 Practical Days:Hands – On Training with experienced Tutor
    • Practice Hours:

      • 100 hrs : Self Practice Classes – Use our Online Platform or any classes you attend
      • 40 hrs : Observation Classes. – Learn through observation from our Online Resources
      • 40 hrs : Practice Teaching Classes – Gain Experience Teaching Friends , Family or Peers
