Rhian @rhianadams is an award winning Personal Trainer and Tutor who has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years working with a range of different clientele.  Her clients have ranged from the average Jane wanting to get fit, to training with amputees, Post-surgical cerebral palsy children, Sports teams, Bodybuilders, Local Emirate Women, to members of the Royal family. 

Majority of the clientele that she attracts are pre- and post-natal women.  She has developed a big passion in guiding women through a Fit and Healthy Pregnancy and helping Post-Partum women become strong, confident and healthy role models to their children.  Having personally experienced this journey and its many challenges, she has found there are enormous benefits and rewards to staying healthy and active throughout all stages.  Through one-on-one coaching, personal blogging, Babyandme classes, Social Media influence and with her upcoming launch of herPre-natal training Ebook, she hopes to enhance the experience of one’s pre- and post- natal journey for the better.
