    Course Structure

    Dubai’s Personal Training Diploma runs as online pre recorded lecture videos for theory, and face to face days in the gym for practical. The location of the practical days varies, depending on when you book them, but do ask us closer to the time.

    The course format includes the following:

    Online Videos :
    Over 200 pre recorded lecture videos taught by our very own tutors – available in English and Arabic.

    7 face to face full days :
    You will attend two weekends for level 2, followed by two weekends for level 3 the following month. The full day runs from 9am-4pm. The practical days run on a regular basis and are repeated regularly so you can fit them in as and when you reach that stage.

    Your chance to ask questions, raise any troubleshooting issues as well as delve deeper into the content of the online videos. The Webinars will last between 1 to 3 hours depending on the topic of discussion.

    Entry Requirements

      • Some experience of gym-based exercises, including free weights, is highly recommended.
      • The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential; therefore, a certain amount of physical fitness is necessary.
      • There is also an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication pitched at level 2.
